UXReport is a platform that helps users quickly identify website issues through an automated audit, powered by AI.
UXReport is a platform that helps users quickly identify website issues through an automated audit, powered by AI.
The homepage was not effectively guiding new visitors to try the product. Users lacked onboarding or guidance to understand how the tool works. There were missed opportunities to engage users with visuals, testimonials, and interactive explanations which contributed to early drop-off.
The homepage was not effectively guiding new visitors to try the product. Users lacked onboarding or guidance to understand how the tool works. There were missed opportunities to engage users with visuals, testimonials, and interactive explanations which contributed to early drop-off.
Platform Impact:
My goal was to make the homepage clearer, more trustworthy, and easier to use, to boost user engagement and free audit starts.
My goal was to make the homepage clearer, more trustworthy, and easier to use, to boost user engagement and free audit starts.
I did that by introducing short onboarding-style videos that explain the product in four clear steps and added a testimonial video directly on the homepage helping to build instant credibility.

I learned
I learned that even a strong, well-built product can struggle without clear visual proof and a structured onboarding experience. Establishing trust early and answering users’ questions upfront is essential—especially for new products entering the market.
This project highlighted how crucial it is to build credibility and engage visitors from the very first moment, particularly in an environment where attention spans are shorter
